Therefore, Changzhou KELV Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. makes the following maintenance service commitment to you and provides you with the following services according to this commitment:

  • Equipment Warranty and Maintenance Services 14 months after the equipment leaves the factory or 12 months after the commissioning (whichever expires first), the warranty period of the equipment is within one of these two periods.
  • In case of any failure caused by the quality of the product itself, the seller shall be responsible for free maintenance.
  • In case of any failure caused by any reason other than the quality of the product itself, such as improper operation by the buyer, or any failure occurring outside the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for maintenance, but the expense shall be paid by the buyer.
  • Within the warranty period, after receiving the user's equipment failure report, the seller shall respond to the buyer or the end user within 24 hours, and determine the treatment measures according to the failure situation.
  • If the fault falls under the following circumstances, it is not covered by the warranty:
    1. The user does not operate according to the operating procedures;
    2. The user caused equipment damage artificially;
    3. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, fire, flood, etc.);
  • Training and Guidance for Equipment Use We will train the relevant personnel of the buyer or the end user on how to implement the equipment operation, replace and add running consumables, do simple troubleshooting, etc.
    The main contents of the training include but are not limited to:
    1. Daily operation of equipment;
    2. Replace and add running consumables;
    3. Simple failure judgment and elimination of equipment;
    4. Other notes in daily operation.

Other After-sales Service After the acceptance of the equipment, we will dispatch technicians to the buyer's site to conduct routine inspection and return visit according to the actual situation from time to time during the warranty period, and continuously optimize our products and services according to customer feedback.
